How to get Licence
You can click on Request Demo from our portal or reach us out at
contact@traqez.com with your business email, organization name,
your job role, contact phone number and location of your organization.
After Scheduling a demo with our TraQez Sales Team, they will be happy to walk
through our application. If you want to try our platform, our sales team will
create a licence and the platform triggers automated email.
All you need to provide
your business email, organization name,
your job role, contact phone number and location of your organization.
You can share aforementioned details via Request to Demo Form, or Contact Us form
or drop us mail to contact@traqez.com or sales@traqez.com.
We will generate a new Licence for the organization.
About Free Trail
When a licence is generated, you can install upto max 10 agents under Free Trail.
Licence is valid upto 3 Months. You can install TraQez Agent on 10 devices.
You can use TraQez suite of tools within 3 months. Each of the tool may have limitation based on Free Trail. You can learn more about free trail about each suite of tools, from our Platform after subscribing to it.

Supporting Platforms
Under Free trail and currently is available for Windows Operating system.
You can install it on Windows 10, or 11 Operating system.
It also works on Windows Servers supporting 2012, 2016, 2019 Servers.
As of now, under free trail, we want customers to try our product and platform.
So you can install the agents on Windows Server under Free Trail.
How to setup TraQez Agent
Once licence is generated, you will get a download link to install
TraQez Agent Installer.
On running the installer with admin rights, you will ask for Licence key. Contact your organization administrator who has Platform access to share the Licence key.
Enter the Licence key, accept terms and conditions and click Install. Your agent will be installed in less than a minute.

You need to run TraQez Agent with admin rights because, the agent collects
lot of metrics accessing low level windows api function calls.

Platform Usage
You need to login into your portal. The portal link will be shared via email when licence
key is generated.
Login into portal, go to My Account and Change the password.
We have DataCenters around the globle. We have workloads running on Azure and Aws.
Based on the location of the organization, the data is saved in their own country. Eg: All US customers data are saved in US either in us-east-1 or us-west-1.

Yes. TraQez Platform has IAM Users and Roles Dashboard from which you can
create new Users with login details and assign respective roles to perform their actions
on the TraQez Platform.
Go to IAM Dashboard and create new IAM user. When creating new IAM user,
select Super Admin Access checkbox before creating the user.
The IAM user now will have full priveleges same as Super Admin.

When we generate a new licence for organization, we will create account
with one of the user in organization. The user will be the first user on the
TraQez Platform from the organization.
This user has highest priveleges for the TraQez Platform and is known as Super Admin.
